We allow students to transfer in up to six credit hours (or two classes) that will be applied toward elective credit. We do not accept transfer credit for core classes.
The Full-Time MBA program accepts transfer credit under the following conditions. All conditions must be met to be considered for transfer. If the courses meet the below requirements, you may submit them for review using the instructions below.
Transfer credit can be evaluated with an unofficial transcript, but will not be approved or applied to the Auburn record until an official transcript has been received and evaluated.
The Auburn Graduate School requires minimum English proficiency scores for international students.
Applicants may qualify for an exemption depending on official government language and medium of instruction.

Yes, the Auburn Full-Time MBA program provides opportunities for tuition assistance, including graduate assistantships , to support students in their graduate studies. Starting with the Fall 2025 cohort, the program has updated its approach to tuition assistance and graduate assistantships:
Guaranteed Tuition Assistance for Experienced Professionals: Admitted students with two or more years of professional work experience (including full-time or military experience) are guaranteed tuition assistance. This assistance may include partial or full tuition waivers, as well as opportunities for graduate assistantships.
Competitive Opportunities for Students with Less Experience: Admitted students with less than two years of professional work experience will be considered for tuition assistance and graduate assistantships on a competitive basis.
Graduate assistantships typically involve working with business faculty or professional staff to support the mission and vision of the 91¿´Æ¬. These positions may include a tuition waiver (partial or full) and a monthly stipend, with work requirements ranging from 10 to 14 hours per week, depending on the level of the assistantship.
