Requirements

You must hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. The Graduate School will determine whether non-traditional programs are acceptable. Although, a four-year equivalent collegiate educational program is required. Appropriate work experience is desired but not required.

We do not require the GMAT/GRE or letters of recommendation.

Deadlines
International applicants should submit all required materials at least 90 days before the first day of class of the semester in which the student wishes to begin graduate study. Domestic students should submit all materials at least 45 days before the first class day. However, most academic units make admission decisions several months in advance. Thus, applicants should check with the department to which they seek admission to determine when materials should be submitted. In order to receive the Graduate Certificate in Cybersecurity Management, you must take the following courses:

• ISMN 6730—Security and Information Assurance
• ISMN 6740—Information Risk Analysis
• ISMN 6750—Information Technology Auditing

Each course is worth 3 credit hours and will provide you with knowledge in areas such as computer security and information assurance, risk analysis, and IT auditing.

Tuition for online students is currently $1,000 per credit hour regardless of residency. The certificate is a 9 credit hour program.  

*Tuition is reviewed annually and subject to adjustment. Graduate students enrolled in less than 9 hours are charged according to the  schedule. Student Financial Services provides a   and current  at Auburn University.

Due to federal guidelines and regulations, Graduate Certificate programs do not qualify for financial aid.

Note: In addition to tuition, on-campus students pay a per credit hour graduate professional fees.
