Tuition & Fees

Auburn’s Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) program is competitively priced at $66,300, and the tuition rate is locked in for the duration of your course of study. This rate includes:

• Tuition
• E-books, cases and all course materials
• Any required software
• Lodging at The Hotel at Auburn University for on-campus residencies
• Lodging and some meals for domestic field studies 
• Lodging and most meals for the international study trip
• Most meals during Auburn residency weeks
• Paid membership in the Urban Land Institute (ULI), NAIOP, ICSC and CCIM
• Incidental fees such as ID cards, orientation, cap and gown rental and graduation 

Tuition is invoiced at the beginning of each semester based upon the number of credit hours taken, according to the following schedule:

*Tuition is reviewed annually and subject to adjustment. Student Financial Services provides a   and current  at Auburn University.

Financial Assistance

Financial aid is available for students in the Master of Real Estate Development program and is not need based.
