Professional Activities

Walker鈥檚 research interests range from personnel recruitment and selection to social exchange and leadership. His research has been published in journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and Journal of Organizational Behavior, among others. Walker has previously served on the faculty at Texas Tech University and Radford University.
