SLP 2026

Many call it a 鈥淪ummer Leadership Program鈥�, but we call it Echelon. Echelon has been designed with acute attention to detail; therefore, selected candidates will exhibit that same excellence. Those selected will be exposed to a two-day program with our firm鈥檚 most carefully chosen class in classroom and team-building environments. This elite group will follow an itinerary that will guide them through personal development, interactions with staff at all levels, and Partner exposure. Additionally, they will receive best practices and industry knowledge, experience real-time scenarios through simulation, and learn the history of Rushton. If you are from Hall, Gwinnett, Barrow, Forsyth, Fulton, or Jackson County, consider the opportunity to go home and join the SLP to learn more about public accounting and Rushton!

Where and When: Firm in Gainesville, GA on May 28th - 29th

Who is Eligible: Rising students who are pursuing a degree with a major or concentration in Accounting. Preferred GPA 3.0+.
