As you know, our spring Meet the Firms accounting career fair will be fully virtual (due to accounting busy season) and hosted on Tuesday, January 20th, between 4 and 8 pm CT. You will interact with prospective employers in a series of scheduled appointments using a video conferencing platform called

To participate in the event, you must first create your profile through the Career Fair + App (do not register through Handshake). Due to the timeline of meeting scheduling (outlined below the instructions), your profile must be created by Friday, January 9th.

• If you have previously used Career Fair +, you DO NOT need to create a new account, but you do need to upload a current resume.

鉂楋笍Below are the steps to create a CF+ Profile in the MOBILE APP. Accounts can also be created on the .鉂楋笍

1. Download the app on your phone (available in the App Store and Play).
2. Open the app; select "allow notifications" to get important event updates leading up to the VMTF. On the "Select Role" screen, choose "STUDENT/CANDIDATE" and hit "CONTINUE."
3. On the next screen, type "Auburn University" into the search bar and select it.
4. Next, select "Spring 2026 Meet the Firms - Virtual Accounting Career Fair" as your event.
5. Choose "My Interactions" from the bottom bar and hit the "CREATE ACCOUNT" button.
6. Complete the required fields ensuring accuracy. This information will be visible to any employer you schedule to meet.
7. On the resume upload step (CRITICAL PART OF YOUR PROFILE!), select the "SEND RESUME/CV UPLOAD MAGIC LINK" button to receive an email that enables you to upload your resume from a computer. Upload your resume as a PDF to preserve formatting. You can replace the document with newer versions leading up to the event.*

With your CF+ account, you can navigate the list of registered employers via the mobile or desktop app. Star favorite employers/make notes - this will be useful info as you book appointments. They cannot see this on your profile.

NOTE: There is a FILTER option available for a variety of fields INCLUDING LOCATION.

The BAP GTA recorded a VMTF training (will be emailed to you) and the scheduling window for your video-based conversations with employers will open on 1/13 (and run through the duration of the event). Look for more emails surrounding these topics soon.
