Aspire is a selective leadership program designed to offer high-achieving students a distinctive opportunity to gain insight into the culture and opportunities at . This event is comprised of a fully packed agenda from the start of day one until the conclusion of the evening event.  Students will learn about the history and future of HCA Healthcare. Candidates will tour an HCA Healthcare facility, as well as participate in hands-on audit demonstrations, and team building events/evening socials with department team members.

Objective:

This program is fundamentally unique in that it looks beyond the auditing profession. What do high-achieving students aspire to do after their auditing experience? This program not only provides students insight into opportunities and real-life career experiences with HCA Healthcare Internal Audit, but it takes students a step further. Event participants will hear first-hand from key HCA Healthcare executives whose path to a successful career began with Internal Audit.
